B*V fix for jeepers - Freeze/reboot fixed

Here is another file that i have build for jeepers,

This file is based on the file generated by the Phoenix loader.

This file is supposed to be freeze free, and the reboot problem is suposed to be fixed too.

Like any other B*V fix for atmega, this PFG only work on ODD channel.

I have include the instruction for those who want to manualy adjust PPV Min/Max tiers, or to change expiration date.
